Warranty Service Policy

We are happy to assist with manufacturer warranty service when applicable. Please review the information below to understand how warranty service works and what is covered.

Scheduling Warranty Service

Warranty service requires manufacturer approval and authorization. Customers must confirm with the manufacturer that warranty repairs can be completed at our location prior to scheduling service. A service evaluation/diagnostic deposit will apply.

Please provide a copy of the original purchase receipt at the time of service to help ensure a smooth approval process.

Please note that warranty authorization is handled by the manufacturer and may take an additional 7–10 business days or more.

OEM Parts

All warranty repairs are completed using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts only, as required by manufacturers.

What Is Not Covered

• Fuel-related issues are not covered under warranty. We recommend using ethanol-free fuel or properly treated fuel in all outdoor power equipment.
• Pickup and delivery services for warranty repairs are available but are not covered under warranty and will be billed to the customer.
• We do not work on power tools or electric motors.
